Revert "[FedCM] Do not show spinner if input is protected" This reverts commit 87affcdb1c223fa63c8cd7ceb3144871823083d6. Reason for revert: causing crash Bug: 378691634 Original change's description: > [FedCM] Do not show spinner if input is protected > > In FedCM active mode, the spinner is set right away if an account row > is selected. This results in seeing the spinner in some cases where the > input protector kicks in. To solve this, we add a bool to > OnAccountSelected so that it returns true when the verifying sheet is > going to be used, which is when the spinner is desired. Care is taken > so that if the spinner is not desired then no work is performed after, > since the view may be deleted in other cases, like when showing the > single account confirmation dialog. > > Fixed: 377730706 > Change-Id: Idd5ae15713c6307ea7ad2b875796e692701df44a > Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6012861 > Reviewed-by: Zachary Tan <tanzachary@chromium.org> > Commit-Queue: Nicolás Peña <npm@chromium.org> > Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1381434} Change-Id: Ie3cd19c1bf72196da585427919cdd9a0a16f0e7d No-Presubmit: true No-Tree-Checks: true No-Try: true Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6013709 Bot-Commit: Rubber Stamper <rubber-stamper@appspot.gserviceaccount.com> Auto-Submit: Nicolás Peña <npm@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Rubber Stamper <rubber-stamper@appspot.gserviceaccount.com> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1381869}

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
