[linux/wayland] Improved the way the app ID is set for the window. The window icon on Wayland is selected based on the app ID set for the window, and then the icon is looked up in the relevant desktop entry. For web apps, the app ID should be based on the extension ID and the profile name. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
