[Gardening] Revert "Re-enable MultiContentsView DnD tests for Mac 12 and 13" This reverts commit b3110811aa65858ea6c44b2c75cbed0674795469. Reason for revert: this change is causing failures in mac13-arm64-rel and mac12-arm64-rel. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
