[FilesTrash] Plumb XfNudge and NudgeContainer to work on first trash Now that the XfNudge and NudgeContainer are all landed. This plumbs through the NudgeContainer and XfNudge to work when a user first sends an item to their trash. An integration test has been added, however, I have added functionality to disable the expiration date validation (this is tested in a unit test, so to avoid flaky tests that will start failing around this time, remove expiration all together). Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
