ozone/x11: enable interactive_ui_tests again. This test suite was disabled by accident in https://crrev.com/c/2476731 Enable it back. PS also added shards as in other places in test_suites.pyl file. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
