Added crash keys to UpdateBorderView() Adding new crash keys to investigate the bug further. These crash keys will be helpful to identify what is preventing the call the `Show()` before we get to the call to `ResetEmphasisAndReplay()` as we haven't found a way to reproduce the crash locally yet. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
