Remove IWAs from Chrome Tabs category in getDisplayMedia() Currently, Isolated Web Apps (IWAs) are listed in Chrome Tab and Window categories in the getDisplayMedia() media picker. This CL removes IWAs from Chrome Tab category to make them feel more like native apps and to make them act the same way as PWAs when it comes to surface capture. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
