Cert Management UI v2: pipe more cert types from UserDB to verifier * Add list fields for TRUSTED_LEAF and TRUSTED_ANCHOR_AND_LEAF certs that come from the user cert database, including any external constraints to cert verifier updater mojo interface. * Pass certs from user database with TRUSTED_LEAF and TRUSTED_ANCHOR_AND_LEAF trusts through to the verifier, in addition to passing any additional constraints present from TRUSTED_ANCHOR certs. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
