Announce color from Color Picker after initializing listeners The color value is currently not being announced as part of the Color Picker's initialization as it requires a color change in order for the announcement to happen. Additionally, any color change that would happen during initialization would not have any effect as the listener for color change is added at the end of the process. This change ensures the announcement of the color value happens by directly calling the AX announcer after the event listeners of the Color Picker are initialized. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
