Reland "[iOS][media-permissions] Add inttest for permissions" This is a reland of commit e9d9ec8ec240f70d1052645e924f98af5cfdfd7d and commit 6dcaa3902f078cf19d52bef498dbf92eb4d79783 Disabling test on real devices as it would wait for a user to respond to "ios_web_inttests Would Like to Access the Camera" prompt. This is not supported by gtest. Related logic and behaviors would be tested on real devices in egtests. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
