Revert "Shard net_unittests 4x on win/asan bots after libc++ switch." This reverts commit 4f901e61b7166f04dcdbbadd9715862ace5680d4. Reason for revert: Should be fixed after r642642. Timings for net_unittests on latest run of win-asan [1]: Shard #0 463.9s Shard #1 469.5s Shard #2 450.2s Shard #3 461.6s Timings before r642642 [2]: Shard #0 1245.8s Shard #1 1259.0s Shard #2 1241.5s Shard #3 1247.5s Timings before enabling libc++ [3]: Shard #0 2053.8s Overall, with libc++, it now takes 1845.2s, which is even better than the 2053.8s before.
