[Linux interceptor] Fix sanitizer component builds In a component build, our getaddrinfo override appears in a shared object, but the sanitizer's interceptor appears in the main executable. So getaddrinfo() always called the interceptor, and the interceptor called our override. So our override should not call the interceptor. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
