Update screenshot for IDS_LOGIN_SYNC_CONSENT_SCREEN_TITLE_WITH_DEVICE

The old screenshot was taking on a linux-chromeos build, so it
said "Personalize your Chrome device". This is confusing, since it
isn't clear if "device" should be part of the translated string.

Update screenshot so it shows "Personalize your Chromebook", which
is a better example of how it would appear. (The string already
contains a DEVICE_TYPE placeholder.)

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
