Minor improvements to tools/mac/power benchmark scripts This CL makes a few small tweaks to the mac power benchmark: - Improves documentation - Adds a command line flag to forward command line arguments to the browser - Changes the sign of the `difference` field output by `compare.py`. This makes it clearer which direction the alternative is moving the measurements in. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
