Fix Mandatory Re-auth MacOS and iOS Strings This CL fixes the strings on MacOS for mandatory re-auth. The MacOS operating system appends periods to the end of the string in addition to prepending "Google Chrome is trying to" before the string. The prepending was handled correctly, but due to the fact that there was a period already in the string, we ended up having two periods. Here is an example of a prompt with two periods: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/AjMJGEpnmMTECeV This CL removes the periods at the end for MacOS, and also moves all of the strings into the common components/autofill_payments_strings.grdp file. This is okay because we do not need to differentiate between Chromium and Google Chrome for these strings on MacOS, that is automatically handled. This CL also updates the iOS string to say "Chrome" instead of "Google Chrome", and the corresponding translation screenshot. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
