[Test Automation] Update site-specific tests to Kombucha 1.5 This vastly cuts down on the size of the tests as well as illustrates best practices for the new 1.5 interface. This set of tests also demonstrates how to create custom step generators and callback generators to use across related tests. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
