[iOS] Update the UI of the password check item in Safety Check

This CL integrates the new PasswordCheckRowStates (i.e.,
PasswordCheckRowStateReusedPasswords, PasswordCheckRowStateWeakPasswords
and PasswordCheckRowStateDismissedWarnings) in the Safety Check UI.
These changes were made to reflect the addition of new insecure password
warnings in the Password Manager as part of the incoming Password
Checkup feature. This CL also changes the format of some string from
title case to sentence case, updates the icons of the whole Safety Check
module so that they are consistent with the Password Checkup feature and
adds unit tests to test the UI updates.
