Remove Ganesh testing from Mac Apple GPUs This removes GPU telemetry tests of Ganesh combined with GL and Metal ANGLE backends from M1, M2 and M3 GPUs, leaving only the combination of Graphite with Metal ANGLE backend. Ganesh testing still kept on Intel, AMD and NVIDIA GPUs on Mac. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
