[iOS]Ensure that OCMock are verified As of june 2025, hundreds of tests uses Mock without verifying them. While GMock don’t require verification, OCMock does. Those CL correct the tests if they are easy to correct and otherwise disable them. This CL was uploaded by git cl split. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
