Remove ImageSource::bytesDecodedToDetermineProperties() and fallout Since the WebKit split, it always returns zero. Removing it enables us also to remove the not always up-to-date m_decodedSize and avoid a quite common assertion failure on GIF animations. No functional changes expected.
