siso: Fix remote link inputs for fuchsia builds Since remote links use the same sets of libraries, this CL unifies the remote link filegroups for fuchsia builds. This CL should fix the existing remote rust link errors, which cause local fallbacks. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
