[gin] Use GetWrapperTypeInfo() for type checking of gin::Wrappable::FromV8 The implementation assumed that if `Object::Unwrap` succeeds, then the resulting object is at least a `WrappableBase` and therefore it is possible to call `WrappableBase::wrapper_info()`. However, on 32-bit systems, `Object::Unwrap` does not check the type, and therefore the assumption was wrong. With this CL, `v8::Object::Wrappable::GetWrapperTypeInfo()` is called instead of `WrappableBase::wrapper_info()`, which always works as `Object::Wrap` can only be used with a `v8::Object::Wrappable`. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
