Justify RAW_PTR_EXCLUSION in CTLogInfo The pointer member in CTLogInfo is currently unused (always null), but may be used in the future. However, it is only ever set by the autogenerated log_list-inc.cc file, and only ever to a statically- allocated array. Hence it cannot dangle, and so we don't need to incur the overhead of replacing it with a raw_ptr. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
