Request win7 bots for 'Win 7 Tests x64 (1)' This builder was relying on the default OS for windows builders being Windows 7. This isn't true anymore, but we haven't updated that in the code it's depending on, so this happened to work. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
