[tvOS] Unbind the date time chooser

Since tvOS doesn’t support UIDatePicker, which is used by
iOS’s date time picker implementation, tvOS needs a custom
picker built with components supported by tvOS. Until that
is implemented, this CL unbinds the date time chooser.
