Prerender: plumb injection v8 world to classify use cases in metrics speculationrules usage isn't still so high, and some Chrome Extensions can affect global metrics in non-stable channels. This isn't really good to track stability and regression in Canary/Dev/Beta. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
