[FilesTrash] Add CopyOrMoveIOTask constructor to take file names When restoring files from Trash the file name to move the file to must be extracted from the parsed .trashinfo file. This may be different to the on-disk file name. This adds a new constructor to enable explicitly passing the destination file names required for the move operation. These are 1:1 mapping to the source URLs. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
