CrOS Settings: Load HTML templates at runtime for multidevice page Uses html_to_wrapper() instead of html_to_js() for web component files to aid in loading HTML templates at runtime. This is done so that the line numbers of reported errors match the checked-in code. Bug: chromium:1292025 Test: browser_tests --gtest_filter='*OSSettingsMultidevice*' Change-Id: Ia9b9f2d038a2f9fc52f7ed973a22049c48214ae5 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/4148835 Reviewed-by: Xiaohui Chen <xiaohuic@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Wes Okuhara <wesokuhara@google.com> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1093546}

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
