Revert "Rename bfcache flag expectation file for web tests" This reverts commit 009b40966a7b74615d93a99a9b7d3ba02178d9f3. Reason for revert: Suspect of consistent failures in linux-bfcache-rel First failure: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/ci/linux-bfcache-rel/17040 The failures are Blink web test failures of the tests included in the file renamed in this CL. For example: blink_web_tests failed: virtual/stable/http/tests/navigation/back-to-dynamic-iframe.html http/tests/history/dynamic-frame-creation-order-inline-scripts.html http/tests/misc/resource-timing-navigation-in-restored-iframe.html http/tests/inspector-protocol/network/interception-download.js ...11 more failure(s) (15 total)... For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
