Android: Add verbosity arg for orderfile

This arg will also control the number of -v to pass to run_benchmark.
Hopefully this will help us to diagnose why the orderfile bot fails with
a timeout when switching to the arm64 architecture.

Also reformat some commands to avoid unnecessary .format calls.
