ProxyChain: Ignore invalid cached proxy settings The valid configurations of ProxyChain change between versions and build flags and is not guaranteed to be backward compatible. Disk cached http responses persist between builds, so we should ignore invalid configurations, as it will trigger the CHECK in the constructor of ProxyChain once the invalid struct is passed over mojo. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
