webcrypto rsa-ssa: modernize tests, 3/3 This change: 1. Inlines all the SPKI & PKCS8 key import tests 2. Deletes the entire PKCS1 v1.5 test suite - davidben@ and I both looked at it and we think it adds little incremental value over the corresponding WPT tests Fixed: 1373947 Change-Id: Ia032b17dc0971b441dfff056a8fe218db2eb3102 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/3984319 Commit-Queue: Elly Fong-Jones <ellyjones@chromium.org> Auto-Submit: Elly Fong-Jones <ellyjones@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: David Benjamin <davidben@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1065967}

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
