[Amount Extraction][Browser] Do not trigger amount extraction if cvc field gets clicked Before this change, amount extraction gets triggered if any field from credit card form gets clicked. After this change, if it is cvc that gets clicked, amount extraction is not triggered any more. This request comes from PM, they don't want to show BNPL suggestion if CVC is clicked. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
