Avoid copying an empty custom property map Copying an empty InheritedVariables map during style resolution causes a Oilpan allocated object to be created and then over-written immediately with a null ptr. Avoid this by checking that content is actually being copied before creating anything. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
