Dump without crashing in renderer on RCM mismatch The purpose of this CL is to add logging on the renderer side when there is a mismatch between what the renderer tells RCM what the site for cookies and top frame origin should be and what the browser process thinks they should be. morlovich@ have tried adding logging on the network service side in https://crrev.com/c/3168933 and from the crashes reported in https://crbug.com/1251118 we determined that the mismatch happens in the SetCookieFromString method. My thinking is that by logging when this happens on the renderer side we can gain additional insight into the cause of this bug. Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.
The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
