[Part 1] Applied Jelly color and font to QsRevamp components This CL updated the styles for the following components: 1) The color of the audio sliders. 2) The color of the check mark for the selected radio slider. 3) The color of the quick settings slider focus ring. 4) The color and font of the sub header label in the audio subpage. 5) The color and font of the noise cancellation label. 6) The color and font of all subpage headers. 7) The color and font of feature tile labels. The remaining components to be changed are: 1) live caption label and radio slider label fonts. (waiting for spec) 2) battery button label font. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
