Make elementFromPoint() arguments non-optional http://dev.w3.org/csswg/cssom-view/#extensions-to-the-document-interface http://w3c.github.io/webcomponents/spec/shadow/#the-shadowroot-interface Document.elementFromPoint() throws with too few arguments in Firefox Nightly and IE11, making this likely Web compatibly. ShadowRoot.elementFromPoint() has only been shipped in Blink, so stuff could break, but it does not seem likely enough to warrant use counters.
