Reapply "[mtb-cct] Adds a test to maintain the supported types" The button 'Discount' is still behind a feature flag. Let the new test aware of it to make it pass. This reverts commit 3f17b3a2e0b2e249a54409b6a4096cf056f12963. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
