[dPWA]: Add new sub apps browsertest for multi source apps This CL adds a browsertest to SubAppsServiceImplBrowserTest that installs a parent app with multiple sub_apps, with the parent app having multiple install sources, and verifies that on removal of a single install source, the sub_apps are not uninstalled. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
