Only allow address and email to be cross elements Phone numbers emails and dates don't really have reason to be across elements. Even if this can happen, the risk of false positive is too high and we should just ignore it. Because addresses and email can be in multiple sections (name, address, city),keep this possibility for them. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
