Move c/autofill_prediction_improvements to c/autofill_ai

This CL is a no-op. Moves all files under components/
autofill_prediction_improvements to components/autofill_ai.

Note that changes in this CL are divided by patchsets to improve
reviewability:

- PS 1: Moves files in c/autofill_prediction_improvements via tools/git/
  move_source_file.py / git mv.

- PS 2: Replaces remaining components/autofill_prediction_improvements
  occurrences (+ renames a_p_i_features.h in to a_ai_features.h in the
  autofill DEPS file) in chrome/ and components/.

- PS 3: git cl format.
