Trigger onCreated/onRemoved on extension API when node visibility changes This builds on the changes in crrev.com/c/6395501 and sends onCreated/onRemoved events over the extension API as a result of changes to permanent folder visibility. This change is primarily relevant for users with separate local and account storages, where the node permanent folder visibility can change based on the visibility of other permanent folders, and whether the folder itself has children. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
