Revert "boca: Page level implementation to fire activity events to renderer." This reverts commit 34210d68ffe8cb437c24f37daaa59de5359c5c07. Reason for revert: Crashes on the bots, see b:372593319 for details. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
