[iOS] Early exit field detection when using the KeyboardAccessoryUpgrade feature When the KeyboardAccessoryUpgrade feature is enabled, the previous and next buttons are hidden, so we can early exit and return that both buttons are disabled when checking if they should be enabled. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
