evdev: Add the CM Storm Quickfire Pro Ultimate to keyboard allowlist

The CM Storm Quickfire Pro Ultimate has its keys divided up across
multiple hid devices, this prevents it from identifying as a keyboard as
no single hid devices possesses the first 31 keys. This CL creates an
allowlist which forces the CM Storm Quickfire Pro Ultimate to
identify as a keyboard.
