Adjust audio service sandbox for ScreenCaptureKit The ScreenCaptureKit API requires access to the ReplayKit daemon. TCC access is not needed as the in-process permission checks can be bypassed, due to the permissions being checked by system services anyway. This sandbox adjustment is the first step required for the new system audio loopback capture implementation for macOS which will be landing soon. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
