editor: set visibility to false when the editor menu view is destroyed After the first time the editor menu is shown, a stale visibility state of the Editor Context Menu is cached in the Editor Panel Manager. This state is updated via the EditorMenuControllerImpl::OnEditorMenuVisibilityChanged method. However, it looks like the EditorMenuView which triggers this view has been destroyed before it calls the OnEditorMenuVisibilityChanged. This CL adds a patch to set the visibility to false when the editor menu view is destroyed. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
