extension: show item in folder

Bring up the feature to show the item within the folder under SAF in
Android.

Bug: 406136792
Test: Open the chrome://extension -> Load unpacked -> Click on the extension for detail -> Click on the file path from source section: "Loaded from" -> verify the File application is opened correctly with the file path.
