[CompositeClipPathAnimation] Immediately invalidate paint This is a follow up to "Make Composited Animations Invalidate Paint Directly." While that version of the change made crashes less likely to occur, crashes still appear in clients with the experiment with the same stack trace caused by the paint properties of a composited animation being invalidated. This change removes the process of delaying invalidation for composited animations entirely and simply invalidates paint immediately when an animation is canceled or set compositor pending. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
