Settings Split: Add pref to track alt/search + click remap events - Used to record when either Alt+Click or Search+Click is remapped to a right click event. The `kEventRemappedToRightClick` pref will be used to determine the default behavior for simulating a right click. Context: go/keyboard-alt-UX Note: New users will have this setting turned off by default. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
